Data collected
When you submit an analysis job, we process the images you upload and any metadata you provide (sample ID, location, date, scale). Our server also records standard access logs containing your IP address, the request path, and a timestamp.
Legal basis
We process your data solely to perform the grain analysis service you requested. No other processing takes place.
Third-party sharing
Your data is not shared with any third parties.
Retention
Uploaded images and results are stored temporarily and may be deleted at any time without notice. No minimum retention period is guaranteed. Please download your results immediately after processing.
